TERMS OF SALE -
- All purchases are paid in full prior to shipping.
- The availability of a photograph is subject to prior sale. Please contact us to confirm the availability and prices of the photographs. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are in US$, and exclude shipping and tax if applicable. There is a 6.625% sales tax within the state of New Jersey. Sales tax is not applicable if a New Jersey sales-tax exemption form is submitted. International clients are responsible for their VAT and other custom's oriented charges.
- Pieces are sold without mat and frame unless otherwise indicated.
- Shipment is within 5 business days of receipt of payment, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. Purchased photographs will be carefully packed, insured and shipped at the expense of the client.
- Returns may be made within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Buyer pays shipping and insurance. After 7 days, sales are final.
- Returned pieces must be in the same condition as originally sent, packed in the original shipping materials. To return a purchase, please email The Photosight to make arrangements in advance. Marthe@thephotosight.com
